The Utah Alcohol Certification (On-Premise Server) card shows that an employee has completed a training program that covers required alcohol server information that have been specified by Utah regulations.

How long is the certificate valid for?
The certificate is valid for 3 years. After that time, you will need to take the course and exam again to get a new CFH Card issued to you.
What if the employee doesn’t take the course after getting hired?
The employer’s liquor license will be suspended or revoked if the employee doesn’t take and pass the course within 31 days of employment.
Is this course approved?
Yes! The course has been approved by the Utah Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health for on-premise alcohol serving in the state of Utah.
